In light of the need to understand best practices for a tiered care coordination model for children, youth and young adults with behavioral health challenges, The National Technical Assistance Network for Children’s Behavioral Health convened a meeting of experts from various sectors to discuss emerging areas of tiered care coordination. The results and findings from the meeting are contained in this document.
