How to Be a Successful Wraparound Provider Organization: Necessary Organizational Supports for Wraparound
July 27, 2018 | NWI
Using the National Wraparound Implementation Standards (Coldiron, Bruns, Hensley & Paragoris, 2016), NWIC developed the Wraparound Provider Organization (WPO) certification requirements that include a timeline of critical elements spanning organizational readiness, supervision, and care coordinator activities related to successful installation of Wraparound in a provider organization. The WPO credentialing is comprised of four structural elements: 1) Organization Readiness, 2) Wraparound Supervision, 3) Wraparound Care Coordination and 4) Outcomes, and each of the elements include subcategories identified as key for framing the organizational implementation successes and needs for each element across time.
