Sharon Gentry, M.Ed, CMHS

Sharon Gentry directs the 3 Rivers Wraparound Program in Washington State. In her eleven years at 3 Rivers, Sharon has built flexible programs in which families can embrace change and responsible risk. These include: innovative family and youth support programs, direct supports for youth and a short-term crisis stabilization team to design a sustainable system of care. Additionally, she has developed and maintained a workforce capable of facilitating outcomes driven by child and family teams.

Sharon has presented at industry conferences and uses her expertise to provide training, coaching and consulting to local agencies. She has been an active partner in preparations for Washington’s statewide system of care implementation.
