Description:

The Behavioral Health Division within the Department of Health and Human Services is recruiting for a Supervisor to manage one of the Child and Family Specialty Mental Health Programs, the Wraparound Program, for the County. Our Wraparound team provides fidelity care coordination services to the youth and their families with complex needs. The primary focus for this position is supervising and providing clinical guidance to the team of Wraparound Care Coordinators. In this role, you will screen and assign new youth and families referred to the program. You will also provide input on the budget for the related programs and will be the primary contact for community partners, funders, mental health providers, and other stakeholders regarding the services this program provides. Additionally, you will participate in developing the System of Care governance structure and collaborate with critical System of Care partners on various projects in initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and the ability to articulate the 10 principles of Wraparound, the four phases and facilitation components associated with each phase of Wraparound. They will also have significant experience in providing clinical supervision to mental health staff and will have an in depth understanding of the Child and Family Mental Health System of Care.
