CPC is seeking a Wraparound Delivery Team Facilitator who will work alongside our multidisciplinary team which delivers high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients. The Wraparound Facilitator will coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary teams of family members, professional service providers, and other supports to address the needs of high-risk youth and their families. The Wraparound Facilitator must have leadership skills that include effective interpersonal communication, ability to assess diverse needs, organize teams, facilitate meetings, mediate conflictual issues, provide culturally appropriate supports, and be able to articulate and use the NWI high-fidelity wraparound principles. Candidate must have a working knowledge of local resources, child and youth development, family systems and needs, child and youth welfare, juvenile justice, educational systems, developmental disabilities, and mental health and substance abuse systems and resources. Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends, to meet program and family needs. Must have experience working with high-risk youth and their families within a publicly-funded, child-serving system. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to meet youth and families in the community. Job Requirements: A MA degree in social work, counseling or a related field. Washington state counselor registration, certification, or license. Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, and insurance for business travel. Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of an updated background investigation.
