The Director of ACT & High Fidelity Wraparound will launch and lead the High Fidelity Wraparound team and manage the existing Assertive Community Treatment Team serving transition age youth, 18-24, who may be experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. This role is primarily responsible for monitoring fidelity to the evidence based model of treatment, ensuring a high level of service provision and engagement, achieving positive outcomes and integrating services into existing organizational structures. The Director will lead the program development of the HFWA process within Lighthouse, including policies, procedures, funding and fiscal management. The Director will also provide oversight and management to HFWA and ACT Team staff. This position is responsible for reporting program outcomes for evaluation and improvement process implementation. This role supports the goal of ending youth homelessness by the year 2020. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Non-Profit Administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of work experience in a management capacity including oversight of evidence based services required. Demonstrated experience with High Fidelity Wraparound services or managing clients in multiple systems of care. Demonstrated experience and passion for working with transition age youth. Proven supervisory experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
