Description:
The Clinical Director manages the day-to-day clinical supervision and operation of the Illinois Demonstration Project. They will provide ongoing consultation to clinical staff and ensure a strong clinical presence onsite and in the community. This role must focus on meeting the urgent and ongoing behavioral health needs of youth served as well as coordinating the primary healthcare resources also necessary to maintain overall health, welfare and safety. The Clinical Director will represent and advocate for the staff and clientele to the community, funding bodies, policy makers and the broader public, and they may assist in the development of provider networks and coordinate services with community entities.
