SOC Expansion Leadership Learning Community: Improving Outcomes for Youth Dually Involved in Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare Systems

This learning community will focus on youth who are involved in both the juvenile justice and child welfare systems, often referred to as “crossover” youth. Many of these youth have serious behavioral health challenges, and this session will provide an overview of the Crossover Youth Practice Model, which was developed by Georgetown University’s Center for Juvenile Justice Reform as an evidence-based system reform model to impact this population.
