The Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team (WERT) at the University of Washington is seeking an experienced data analyst to join the team and make a difference in the field of youth and family systems of care.
The WERT team at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, is looking for someone to lead data management and analysis, data visualization, measure validation, and other evaluation and CQI efforts.
This position would work closely with the members of our team as well as Principal Investigator Eric Bruns on multiple projects. Specific projects will include analyzing and feeding back fidelity, satisfaction, and outcomes data for our multiple statewide CQI projects, and analyzing and understanding results from tens of thousands of youth records from hundreds of Wraparound initiatives nationally compiled in our WrapStat system. Part of this effort will include analyzing data from the measures of the Wraparound Fidelity Assessment System (WFAS), to understand what predicts high-quality service provision and outcomes, and establish benchmarks for fidelity scores as well as data quality.
The analyst would also work on a National Institute for Mental Health (NIMH) & Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant to develop and test a new text-based measurement and feedback system for Wraparound care coordination. In addition to these projects, there would be an opportunity to take the lead on publications and conference presentations.
