Latest Findings on Wraparound Fidelity: New Blog, Report and Webinar Recording

The newly-available recording of our January webinar features the latest results from analyses of over 4,400 surveys of parents and caregivers using the Wraparound Fidelity Index, Short Form (WFI-EZ). The February NWI blog summarizes some of the key findings from the survey, focusing on how current fidelity scores compare to fidelity benchmarks and to fidelity scores from the past. These results, presented with additional detail, are also available in a new report from the Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team.

May Webinar: Turnover in the Wraparound Workforce

Registration is now open for our May 5th webinar. Join us to explore the findings of a recent study on turnover within the Wraparound workforce. Results of the study suggest an average turnover rate of 30% annually. In this webinar, we will review data related to patterns of turnover across the Wraparound workforce, the impact of turnover on service outcomes, causes of high rates of turnover and potential strategies to decrease current and future turnover rates.

January Blog: Research Reaffirms that Wrap Fidelity Matters

Our January blog summarizes new research that reaffirms the importance of fidelity in Wraparound. Specifically, this research found that scores on the majority of fidelity domains assessed by the Document Assessment and Review Tool (DART) were significantly associated with youth and family outcomes. Further, states that have been implementing Wraparound longer and with better-developed training, coaching, and system supports scored significantly higher on the DART fidelity and outcome scales.
