The March blog highlights new research findings confirming that Wraparound takes longer to implement than other evidence-based treatments. The study also showed that certain activities within the organizations and systems that are implementing Wraparound impact the speed and quality of implementation.

Help Complete SMART-Wrap Development!
The Short Message Assisted Responsive Treatment for Wraparound (SMART-Wrap) system is a text-based system to assess fidelity, engagement, and outcomes for youth and caregivers enrolled in Wraparound and other care coordination models. SMART-Wrap aims to be efficient and low-burden by sending caregivers and older youth participating in Wraparound ultra-brief, text-based surveys. We are seeking Wraparound providers, systems, and youth/caregivers with lived experience to help with the next phase of SMART-Wrap development. Honoraria and other incentives are provided.

May Webinar: Turnover in the Wraparound Workforce
Registration is now open for our May 5th webinar. Join us to explore the findings of a recent study on turnover within the Wraparound workforce. Results of the study suggest an average turnover rate of 30% annually. In this webinar, we will review data related to patterns of turnover across the Wraparound workforce, the impact of turnover on service outcomes, causes of high rates of turnover and potential strategies to decrease current and future turnover rates.
