The NWI has also compiled a brief information sheet with more details on the FFPSA and how states can use Wraparound to avoid placing children in foster care, to prevent disruption for children in adoption and kinship guardian home and to meet the mental health, substance use and related needs of at-risk children and their families/caregivers.
